Refund & Shipping Policy

At Cozy Cabin, every item is handmade and created especially for you. Please review our policies carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Damaged Items

Because all items are custom made, returns are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, you must:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Damage reported after this time frame may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

We do not offer returns or replacements for:

  • Damage caused by exposure to the elements
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cracks, warping, or natural changes in wood over time
  • Damage caused after delivery

If you receive your item and it is not what you expected, please reach out—we are always happy to discuss options and do our best to make things right.

Cancellations

All Cozy Cabin items are made to order.

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase
  • Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer accepted

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Shipping Responsibilities & Notices

Please review your shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.

  • Cozy Cabin is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs
  • Tracking information is provided with every order—please monitor your shipment once it is in transit

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please email us immediately so we can assist you.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the U.S. Postal Service or other shipping carriers. Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.

Handmade Product Disclaimer

All Cozy Cabin products are handmade with care and attention to detail using an industrial laser cutting and engraving process.

Due to the nature of handmade and natural materials:

  • No two items will be exactly alike
  • Wood grain, stain color, distressing, and natural markings will vary
  • Knots, cracks, grain patterns, and natural imperfections are normal and expected
  • Darker wood grain may result in darker stain; lighter grain may result in lighter stain
  • Colors may appear different due to screen or monitor settings
  • Laser-cut items may be made from plywood, acrylic, MDF, or other certified laser-safe materials as noted in the product listing.
  • Minor burn marks, edge variations, or small imperfections may occur due to the cutting process.

⚠️ Please handle items with care. These products can be fragile and may break if dropped or mishandled.
