Welcome to Cozy Cabin. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, services, and any interactions with us, whether online or in person. By placing an order or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. Custom & Personalized Orders
All custom and personalized items are final sale.
Please review all spelling, dates, names, and design selections carefully before submitting your order.
Cozy Cabin is not responsible for errors in customer-provided information once an order has been approved or submitted for production.
2. Processing Time & Shipping
Processing times are listed in each product description or communicated at the time of order.
Shipping dates are estimates only and may change due to supply chain issues, production volume, or carrier delays.
Once an order has shipped, Cozy Cabin is not responsible for shipping delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.
3. Returns, Cancellations & Damaged Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, all custom items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, cancellations are not accepted.
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photo documentation to be eligible for a replacement or resolution.
4. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of checkout or order confirmation.
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Venmo.
Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, product images, photographs, logos, and content are the exclusive property of Cozy Cabin.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.
6. Marketing & Social Media
We reserve the right to photograph and share completed custom work for promotional and marketing purposes.
If you prefer that your order not be shared publicly, you must notify us in writing at the time of purchase.
7. Communication
Official order communications will be sent via email or through the platform where your order was placed (e.g., our website or Etsy).
We do not conduct official business through personal social media accounts. Communication via social media must be initiated through our official Cozy Cabin accounts.
8. Limitation of Liability
Cozy Cabin’s liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product.
We are not responsible for misuse, mishandling, or damage that occurs after delivery.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Policy Updates
Cozy Cabin reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
Updates will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
